ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
The security plans established through your will are only as viable as the person or institution you name as Executor. The Executor's duties, however, can be rather complex and time-consuming, requiring specialized knowledge to competently administer your estate.

We can act as Sole Executor while having responsibility for the administration and settlement of your estate, or you may wish to appoint an additional Executor, particularly a family member or close friend. This allows a level of family involvement, while ensuring our professional support in the administration of the estate.

TRUSTEES UNDER PRIVATE TRUST
Our services include the management of trust funds established for the benefit of specified persons such as minors, children from a previous marriage or handicapped loved ones. Such services also include the handling of necessary tax and other Governmental returns, as well as liaison with the courts or founders of the Trust.
